Delhi

Step into capital city of India – Delhi. Also one of the largest cities in the Sub continent. Established seven times during its existence. See the city’s quaint mixture of the old and the new.  

Tour of New Delhi:  Sightseeing to the war memorial, India Gate, built in memory of the 85,000 Indian soldiers who laid down their lives during World War 1. Opposite is the massive Rashtrapati Bhawan, the official residence of the President of India,  Continue on to Humayun`s Tomb, built in the mid 16th Century by Haji Begum. the architectural style is a precursor of the Taj Mahal. Visit the Qutub Minar, a 75m high victory Tower. See the Iron Pillar, which has never rusted in all these years. Legend has it that if one manages to put his arms around the pillar backwards ones`s wishes would be granted. Then see the Bahai Temple built like a lotus flower and dedicated to the Bahaii faith.

Tour of Old Delhi   Drop by the huge Red Fort, completed by Emperor Shah Jehan in 1648 and the ultimate representation of Mughal power and glory. Visit the Jama Masjid, the largest Friday mosque in India and the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jehan, Cap your tour of Old Delhi with a visit  at the simple black granite memorial to the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi - Raj Ghat.. Travel to Agra City. Start on a massive sandstone fortress by Emperor Akbar in 1565 Then see the Itmad-ud-Daulah, the tomb of Mirza Ghiyas Beg. This tomb resembles the Taj in terms of architectural style and is also known as the baby Taj.  Be mesmerized by the stunningly beautiful Taj Mahal , built by Emperor Shah Jehan in memory of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Also one of the major cities of the northern state of Uttar Pradesh.

Agra / Fatehour Sikri
Your tour of Agra city starts with a visit to the Agra Fort, take a morning travel by road to Jaipur (05 hrs) en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Enroute from Agra to Jaipur, stop at the deserted capital of the Mughal Empire, Fatehpur Sikri. Built between 1570 and 1585 and suddenly abandoned 15 years later due to a severe water shortage. The main entrance is through the 54m high Bulund Darwaza or the Tower of Victory built to commemorate Akbar`s victory in Gujarat. Taste genuine Indian food during dinner at CHOKI DHANI.
 Capture the scenes at a sightseeing tour of Jaipur, also known as the Pink City is a well planned city named after one of the greatest of the Rajput rulers, Maharaja Jai Singh II. It takes its name from the pink paint on its buildings. Amber Fort, located within the Aravalis Hills ,is the most impressing one in the region of Amber, take have a unique experience on an elephant ride to this fort on the back of such a elaborate painted elephant. unique experience.

Jaipur
Afterwards proceed on to Hawa Mahal, the palace of winds which is nothing but a façade. Drive on to the Jantar Mantar - the royal observatory built by Sawai Raja Jai Singh in 1728. Drop by the City Palace, a wonderful blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture where the present Maharaja still resides. Also visit the Sawai Man Singh museum inside the Palace. Take a final stop at Jaipur at the Albert Hall museum housing an extensive collection of woodwork and costumes from various parts of Rajasthan.
