Pass by the Batanes Wind-Diesel Hybrid Project, the country's first and only commercially operated wind-diesel power plant. Sabtang Island (weather permitting) Explore Barangay Savidug and the narrow cobblestone village Barangay Chavayan, the southernmost community in the province.
