Because your travel experience is number 1 to us, if we think it is not advisable or can not offer you with the service you desire or hook you up with a qualified handler, we will honestly tell you. We would rather tell you we can not service you at the moment because your personal travel experience is more important to us.

Our company returns over payments to guests. which happens from time to time and we do hope they claim soon too, or advise us what to do with it as we do not like having money sleeping in our offices until they reach a birthday to celebrate being in our possession. However, should you prefer to have them given as tips to staffs for a well done service we would gladly accept upon advice, removing the burden of guess work from us.

Though our tours have wide selections and our site size maybe intimidating our holidays and trips provide private tours on several destinations with your own guide and private transfers for a more personal experience and not mere mass production deals. However we do agree some tours are best toured with a group.
