Dolphine & Whale at Pamilacan Island
Dolphin and Whale Watching at Pamilcan Island, a highly skilled spotter will accompany all trips and serve as guide while looking for the majestic creatures in their natural habitat. A day trip to this 139-Hectare island just off Alona Beach and between Baclayon, you reach a quite and peaceful place. Village Tour - see jaws and bones of whales still adorn a number of homes. Pamilacan Island is eighty percent surrounded by white sand beach. An unbandunt marine life and lush coral gardens. Swimming or snorkeling activity. Enjoy lunch on the beach and take postcard photos to bring home to your island getaway collection Balicasag Island Hopping A small island 35 minutes boat ride,southwest Panglao Island. This 25-hectare islet has two old light-houses (an old, American-style and one modern built with British aid) and is a declared marine sanctuary. Part of the Bohol Marine Traingle Project (BMTP), around the balicasag island are some of the best diving sopts in the Philippines. It has a world-class overhanging wall from about 7 to more than 6 meters deep. Crystal clear blue waters, ideal for snorkeling, greet you as you get near the island shore, beautiful underwater formations and tropical fishes visible as low as two feet of water. This tour was designed mainly to help the fishermen of Pamilacan Island whose main source of income used to be catching dolphins, Bryde's Whales, Whale Sharks and manta Rays.
