BASIC INQUIRIES

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION 

To make a booking for the hotel, transportation service / tours or tour packages, flight simply click on the “BOOK” button on the same page.

Note: All bookings should be made at least forty five (45) business days prior to your requested departure date or check-in to allow confirmations and processing of payments.

* Complete details required in the booking form then click the “SEND” button.
* Expect a reply from eOnlineTours reservations within 2 business days from the time you sent your booking request.
* If booking request is confirmed, you will be given an OPTION DATE (sent thru the email address you have furnished us), which you will have to pay FULL amount on or before the said date for your departure. The latest Option date that can be given would be ten (10) business days prior to your departure.
This may not apply to some flight reservations where computer generated option dates are given.

 

IS IT AVAILABLE

Availability of tours is NOT checked at the time of posting online. You will receive a notice of confirmation of your booking request two (2) business days after your submission.

 

WHAT IS AN OPTION DATE

An OPTION DATE is the date given to the traveler to pay in FULL and finalize his booking / reservation once confirmed. Failure to comply FULL payment on or before the option date will result to Auto Cancellation of booking.


WHAT DO BUSINESS DAYS MEAN

Business days begin and end according to Philippine time and exclude weekends or holidays. The first business day starts after the day you send your reservation to us.

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY RESERVATION
 
Payment may be made thru the following methods:
Over- the-counter at any Banco-De-Oro Branch or S.M. Shoe Mart Malls
(BDO Bank Hours 9AM – 5:30/ 6PM, SM-BDO Centers Mon-Fri/Sat 10AM-7PM)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PAY AFTER THE OPTION DATE

Bookings/ reservations will be automatically cancelled once FULL payments are not made or received on or before the given Option Date.

 

WHAT CURRENCIES WILL I USE FOR PAYMENT
 
US Dollars or Philippine Peso

Some Land Arrangements on International Tours will be payable only through US Dollars. You will be advised upon confirmation if this is the case, otherwise, you can pay in US Dollars or Philippine Peso.

 

WHAT EXCHANGE RATES SHALL BE USED

The exchange rate to be used applied for shall be the prevailing US Dollar to Philippines Peso exchange rates at the time of the actual finalization of your booking.

 

WHY ARE PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

At the time a tour or travel quote is published on the website or between your travel reservations and our confirmation with our travel suppliers, a time has lapsed. This may have caused some seats to be filled up, if booking class have changed the price may increase slightly. Tour operators and airlines change fares. We are subject to these changes. Thus, travel prices are only final once your bookings have been finalized with the travel supplier.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

When you complete your booking request form and submitted it, you will reach a Booking Request page on the website. Your booking is only complete once you reach this booking request page

We will immediately act on your request. Upon receiving a reply / confirmation from our travel suppliers, you will be sent a booking advise confirmation e-mail afterwards

The confirmation e-mail contains the details and amount of your booking order, along with your reference number. Please take note of this reference number, if you need to get in touch with us

If you do not see the confirmation page or receive email, your booking request may not have been confirmed. You can contact us using our online form to check this

Please enter your email address so that we can send you a confirmation email.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you have not received your booking confirmation email within 2 business days, please check your deleted items / “Junk Mail” folder

Most email accounts offer unwanted mail filtered service to protect your inbox form junk mail, and it is possible that your confirmation has been mistakenly filtered by this service. We would also advise you to change your filter settings to allow EOnlineTours.com mail through. 

 

THERE IS A MISTAKE IN MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you see a mistake in your confirmation email, please contact us using our online form. One of our reservation agents will be happy to assist you and sort it out

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE FINALIZED AND PAID MY BOOKING

You will receive a Finalized Booking Confirmation E-mail. This e-mail contains the finalized details and total amount you paid for your booking, along with your reference number. Please take note of this reference number, if you need to get in touch with us.

 

IF RESEVRATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE AND I HAVE TO CANCEL WILL I BE CHARGED CANCELLATION FEES

A cancellation fee will only be imposed on pre-paid reservations

 

CAN I MAKE AMENDMENTS AFTER BOOKINGS ARE MADE

* We accept request for amendments to your original reservation, when we can, free of charge, provided bookings have not been finalized and are made 30 days before your departure date. A written instruction specifying in detail the request of change you want executed in your booking. We can not guarantee subject to travel suppliers policy.
* Do not apply however where travel confirmation is required days in advance.
* Book and buy Packages are exempted, no changes allowed.

ARE THERE TO BE PAID FOR THESE BOOKING SERVICES 

* Domestic / Philippine Flight Booking – Php 200/ per booking

* International Flight Booking – NO BOOKING FEE CHARGE

* US$20 per booking

 

ARE THERE CANCELATION FEES
 
* Most hotels/ resort have cancellation fees.

* The amount will depend on the policy of the other participating travel supplier for the requested service and that of our administrative incurred expenses.


HOTELS/ RESORTS, cancellation fee equivalent to the rate of one (1) night multiplied by the number of rooms cancelled if
45 Days or more - No fees apply
Group (15 persons or more) - 40 Days less prior to arrival date
FIT Passengers (1-14) - 7 Days less prior to arrival date
Passenger/ s not showing up - On scheduled date of arrival

TOUR / TOUR PACAKGES and TRANSFERS, Subject to terms and conditions of travel supplier. A cancellation fee equivalent to cost incurred will be charged.

WHAT IS A NO SHOW

No Show means that a passenger or guest failed to show up or appear on the actual day of his booking.  ^Back To Top



WHAT ABOUT UNUSED SERVICES

No refund on unused tours, services, transfers, meals, entry permit fees and early check-outs.

 

WHAT ARE REGULAR AND PEAK SEASONS
 
Regular: June, July, August, September and October
Peak : November to May and Legal holidays
Note: This may vary according to country.

December 24-26, 30-31 January 1-2 are Worldwide Holidays & Super Peak Seasons

  

WHY DO I NEED TO KNOW THESE TIMES OF THE YEAR

Events, holidays or Peak Seasons usually affect booking availability, terms of payments are given shorter period and hotels/ resorts impose ADHOC rates. These are variables that may affect our published rates and some travel arrangements.  ^

All means of transportation and accommodation are usually fully booked far in advance. We advise you to make your reservations ahead of time to assure your travel of the desired dates.


WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING BOOKINGS

We will not entertain inquiries regarding our travelers’ identity, other than the need to supply necessary data for travel arrangements we will be making on your behalf as per your request. Nor will we entertain any request to make special changes in your booking through a representative with out your prior consent. All travel arrangements are in strict confidentiality. We do not honor 1st degree affinity relationships to our client. Your travel is personal to you, only you or the contact person provided in the booking request will be entertained by us.

 

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES & HOW DO I PAY
 
Yes. You can make your booking from outside the Philippines using EonlineTours.com and make payment using Bank Transfer

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT IS SAFE TO TRAVEL IN MY CHOSEN DESTINATION

Most embassies have websites either for a specific country where they hold office or general embassy website being hosted in their respective country. You may check these websites for the most up to date travel information.

1) Make sure you read the 'more information' section so that you have full details of your travel plans - please take note of any travel restrictions.
2) Check availability' to make sure that your desired departure date is available.
3) Enter the number of passengers and all passenger names and ages where required making sure to read our terms and conditions before adding the item to your shopping basket.
4) Please enter your email address so that we can send you a confirmation email.
5) Please check the items you are purchasing, the cost and enter in your card details on the following page
