WHO IS THE TOUR OPERATOR 

Often we have various tour operators to allow us extensive choices of travel services. We only reveal their names after bookings have been finalized. Once you have booked and finalized your holiday, you will receive full details  ^ Back to Top 

 

WHAT DO I PAY IF I TRAVEL ALONE

Most of our tours are quoted in twin accommodation rates. All most all of our tour packages, have a single supplement rate, which will be added to the cost of your order, once it has been processed. On top of single supplement rates, there are instances that a surcharge is imposed if the tour is intended for a minimum of 2 passengers traveling together ^

  

WHAT DOES A HALF-BOARD AND FULL BOARD MEAN

Half board - Means your breakfast and dinner meal is included in the package you have paid

Full board- Means that all meals during the duration of your tour (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are included in the package you paid  ^

 

WHAT ARE CHILD RATES / PRICES

We are a child friendly tour provider, we encourage family travels. Tour or travel arrangements which offer a reduction for children, will show a CWB (Child With Bed) or CNB (Child No Bed) rate of it is available. However, for some offers where it may not be suitable for children, or it is just isn’t possible to reduce the price even further. Most child friendly tours offer child rates  ^

 

ARE TRANSFERS INCLUDED

Transfers are only included in your booking if stated in the ' inclusions' section of the particular tour offer. Normally you will see “includes roundtrip transfers”, or “one (1) way transfers” as indicated in each tour offer  ^

 

WHAT IS BOOK AND BUY

The Book and Buy Procedure means that your payment is required before we process your booking. However, even with the submission of payment, this does not guarantee the booking confirmation. It will be on a “first come, first serve basis”. Once the booking has been confirmed, it is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-REBOOKABLE. It is already considered sold airlines seats/ hotel rooms  ^

If we are unable to confirm your reservations, we will give FULL REFUND. While the booking request is being processed, the travelers cannot make any changes or cancellation of the booking. You only have the option to change your reservation or cancel it once you receive a booking status that says either, “Fully Booked” or Unable to Confirm” from us by e-mail confirmation  ^

Book and Buy Procedure may also apply if bookings are made less than nine (9) working days prior to departure date of travel  ^

All Booking under this condition are on a FULL PAYMENT basis  ^
 

 

WHY SUBJECT TO CHANGE & WHEN IS MY TOUR PRICES FINAL

At the time a tour quote is published on the website or between your travel reservations and our confirmation with our travel suppliers, a time has lapsed. This may have caused some seats to be filled up, if booking class have changed the price may increase slightly. Tour operators and airlines change fares. We are subject to these changes. Thus, travel prices are only final once your bookings have been finalized with the travel supplier  ^

 

CAN I CHANGE DEPARTURE DATES OR OTHER DETAILS

No, were sorry, tour arrangements cannot be changed or altered, once finalized with our travel suppliers. Please make sure you are sure of the travel request you make and have read the terms and restrictions   ^

 

IS MY BOOKING TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE

Tours / tour packages are non-transferable and non-refundable  ^

 

HOW DO I GET MY TOUR VOUCHER OR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

* FREE delivery anywhere if you are within in Metro Manila, outside Metro Manila Delivery Fee of Php 200.
* For guest arriving Manila after reservations have been paid, we will wait for instructions where to deliver them provided you are within with in Metro Manila. Outside Manila Delivery fee of P200  ^

 

HOW DO I GET MY AIRLINE TICKETS

If you purchase with us your airline tickets for your tour, they will be supplied together with the travel voucher for your tour / tour package.  ^

WHAT IS THE LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE ON A HOLIDAY

This varies from airline carrier to carrier. Check with the airlines as excess baggage fee can be charged if you are over the allowed baggage. While you may be departing with only one (1) or a few luggage, you might have extra coming back from some shopping. Consider this also when packing your things   ^ Back to Top

 

WHAT IF I LOSE MY TOUR VOUCHER

Please inform us immediately   ^

* For International Tour Packages – You will be notified if a replacement voucher is needed, if such a fee may be charged. Subject to travel supplier’s policy  ^

* For Domestic Tours- A new tour voucher may be provided, subject to replacement fee or you might be asked to present a valid ID upon check-in to hotel or your pick-up coordinator  ^

 

WHAT IF I LOSE MY AIRLINE TICKETS

Please inform us immediately

* Paper Tickets
 Depending on participating airline a penalty fee will be imposed for re-issuance of lost tickets. Normally a blocking period is given by the carrier, this may take a long time and you might have to purchase a new ticket. Best to keep ticket in a safe place ^
 
* E-tickets 
Upon receipt of notice, we will send you a copy through fax. Or simply present a Valid  ID and your passport at the airline airport counter to verify your identity  ^
