HOW DO I MAKE AN AIRLINE BOOKING REQUEST

* Book 60 days ahead of travel departure. Fill up required details then send.
* You will receive a reply from us with 2 business days after our booking request is submitted
* If desired date is available, an OPTION DATE will be automatically generated by the CRS or Computer Reservation System.
* If waitlisted, you will be notified thru email immediately. You can either
o Request for another date or simply discontinue with the request.
o If you wish to be waitlisted simply reply back. You will be notified once your booking is confirmed. We can not guarantee you of a seat. Seats are subject to availability. No reply on your part after this waitlist notification means abandonment of booking request. Booking will be cancelled


WHAT ARE APPLICABLE TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Philippine Travel Tax: Php 1,620 Phil Tax, Impose to all Filipino passport holders, returning resident, recognized Filipino Citizens (RFC) and permanent residents as well as other nationalities staying longer than one (1) year in the Philippines. To be paid upon leaving of the Philippines. Foreigners may show passport and latest stamp of arrival of not more than 1 year.


Fuel Surcharge: This tax is imposed due to the increase in prices in petroleum. Airlines choose not to incorporate these on their fares. All local and Intl airlines apply fuel surcharge when flying.


War Risk Tax/Insurance: Tax created after the Sept 11, 01 incident. Airline brokers no longer would cover such insurance for the carriers.


Terminal Fee: Collected at the airport by the Air Transportation Office from departing passengers. International: P750 / passenger.

 

WHAT ARE APPLICABLE TAXES FOR DOMESTIC PHILIPPINE FLIGHTS

Fuel Surcharge: All local and Int’l. airlines impose fuel surcharge when flying.
Aviation Security Fee: Airline segment originating from any other airport collected by airline upon purchase of domestic ticket. Sea Air charges both ways for ASF.
Insurance Surcharge: Tax created after the Sept 11, 01 incident. Airline brokers no longer would cover such insurance for the carriers.
12% VAT: From 10% VAT it was increased to 12% as mandated by law in air and sea fare tickets. This tax impose is due to the increase in prices in petroleum
Terminal Fee: Collected at the airport by the Air Transportation Office from departing passengers. Domestic: P200/Manila, P100/Cebu, P40/Davao


WHAT IS AN AIRLINE OPTION DATE
* An OPTION DATE is the deadline date, automatically generated by the Computer Reservations Systems once a booking is lodged, advised to the traveler to settle in FULL and finalize his flight reservation for ticketing. It may be waitlist or a confirmed booking. Once reservation has reached option date and is not finalized and ticketed, system will automatically cancel all flight segments of booking.
* Failure to comply FULL payment ON or BEFORE the option date will result to Auto Cancellation of booking.

Note: A confirmed flight booking is never a guarantee of an airline seat unless FULLY PAID and TICKETED. If you wish to secure your seat, pay ahead of time. Do not wait for option dates to close in, as some airline systems may cancel before the option date/hour.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY OPTION DATE

* You will be notified ONCE, of your option date. Remember it! Once an Option Date is advised, it is the traveler’s responsibility to fulfill FULL payment. Failure of payment on your part will be taken by us that you no longer wish to continue with your flight booking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FAIL TO PAY ON OR BEFORE THE GIVEN OPTION DATE

* Options dates are automatically generated by CRS, and are auto canceled by the airlines bookings system to synchronize their flights and accommodate waitlists. Request for extension of options dates are subject on participating airlines booking policy. Most airlines no longer accommodate request for option dates extension.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONTINUE WITH MY BOOKING AFTER IT HAS LAPSED OR AUTO CANCELLED

* You may request in writing, for your booking to be lodged again. We will do out best to rebook you if the flight is still open. However, we can not guarantee from the time that your booking has lapsed and the availability of booking class, time and date are still open. There maybe rate difference and you will be advised. We hold the right to refuse rebooking of your flight.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES IN MY FLIGHT RESERVATIONS

* Yes, you can make changes in your reservations, provided it has not been finalized and ticketed. Changes in flight schedules such as time and date are subject to availability. We will need a written notice of such amendment request. Up to two (2)amendments allowed only. No fees will be imposed.

* We hold the right to refuse amendments of your booking if certain conditions do not allow.

We cannot guarantee desired outcome of your requests. But we will do our best to service you, if we can.

CAN I CANCEL A FLIGHT RESERVATION WITHOUT PENALTY

Flight reservations can be cancelled with our penalty provided they have not been finalized and are 5 days prior to departure date. Otherwise cancellation fees apply subject to carrier terms and conditions.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF DAYS ALLOWED TO PLACE A FLIGHT RESERVATION

 

International Flight: Reservations for departures 5 Days or below will not be accepted.

Bookings made within 7 period will be charged Expedite fee of US$20 /per booking, FULL amount of ticket is considered payable in Cash immediately, once confirmed

Domestic Flight: Domestic flights or Philippine Island destination require 3 business days. Expedite fee of Php 150 / per booking, FULL amount of ticket is considered payable immediately, once confirmed


ARE THERE SERVICES PAID FOR THESE BOOKING

International Flights: No Service Fee Charge

Domestic Flight: Php 300 / per booking


CAN I MAKE FLIGHT RESERVATIONS IF I AM OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES

* Currently our International flight reservation services are available only to travelers originating in the Philippines.

* But you may place bookings for internal Philippine flights.

 

AFTER BOOKING

WHAT KIND OF TICKET WILL I GET

* Most carriers fulfill flight transactions using e-tickets. However, if a particular airline does not offer e-ticketing, you will be provided with a ticket voucher or paper ticket.

* If you request paper tickets there will be shipping fees on top of the paper ticket cost.

HOW DO I GET MY AIRLINE TICKETS

* Paper Tickets:

Pickup at our Office

Have them delivered (FREE) anywhere if you are within in Metro Manila, outside Metro Manila Delivery Fee of Php 200.

* E-tickets
We will send a copy of your flight itinerary thru your email address
Have them delivered (FREE) anywhere if you are within in Metro Manila
Via fax


ARE AMENDMENTS ALLOWED ONCE MY BOOKING HAS BEEN FINALIZED
* Itinerary changes, cancellations and refunds, if allowed for the airfare, may carry a fee of up to US$ 150, may vary by market, airline carrier and specific fare rule.
 
* If refunds are allowed for the airfare by the airline carrier, please allot 3-6 months grace period for carrier to reimburse your ticket.

Note: eOnlineTours acts as a booking agent for airline or flight consolidators. International and domestic tickets booked thru eOnlineTours are subject to the airlines / consolidators cancellation or amendment charges.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY AIRLINE TICKETS
Please inform us immediately
 
* Paper Tickets
Depending on participating airline a penalty fee will be imposed for re-issuance of lost tickets. Normally a blocking period is given by the carrier, this may take a long time and you might have to purchase a new ticket. Best to keep ticket in a safe place.
 

* E-tickets 
Upon receipt of notice, we will send you a copy through fax. Or simply present a Valid ID and your passport at the airline airport counter to verify your identity.

 

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I BRING

Actual weight varies from each carrier. Please call customer hotline of your flight carrier. Call telco directory for numbers.

WHERE IS THE AIRPORT TERMINAL

Manila has three (3) airport terminals

NAIA – Ninoy Aquino International Airport: For all International flights, except Philippine Airlines and Air Philippines

CENTENNIAL AIRPORT – Terminal 2: All international and domestic of Air Philippines and Philippine Airlines


MANILA DOMESTIC AIRPORT – All local flight within the Philippines. (Except Pacific Airways and Philippine Airlines & Air Philippines)

Other International Airports in the Philippines: CEBU/Mactan Intl., LAOAG


WHAT TIME SHOULD I CHECK-IN

NAIA is 7km south from Manila/Malate and 7 km from Makati district.
Terminal 2 / Centennial is between NAIA and Domestic Airport
Manila Domestic Airport is 3km from NAIA

However, due to heavy traffic in this area, it is advised to get there 1- 1½ hour ahead of time. It is also advised to book 2 hours before your scheduled time of departure.
