  • MAKING A BOOKING

  • IS THE PRICE PER PERSON PER, OR PER ROOM
  • Unless otherwise stated, the rate your see is price per ROOM and not per person.

  • DOES THE RATE INCLUDE MEALS
  • It will be indicated in the “Inclusions” portion what ever is included in the cost of the room.

  • CAN I MAKE A BOOKING WITH CHILDEREN
  • In general, hotel policy on children is 2 years below free or charge provided together with parents. However, Child policies vary and are specific to each hotel. We may be able to organize extra beds in your room, per request, please note that we cannot guarantee any requests you make will be honored by the hotel. We promise to relay to the hotel the additional request you make. Please contact the hotel to check what is possible, you will find the Hotel’s telephone number on your Finalized Booking Confirmation email.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ACCOMMODATION BOOKING
  • In the event of cancellation for whatever reason we will charge you of US$20 Facilitation Fee. This could be in addition to any cancellation charge imposed on accommodation (hotel, resort, inn, apartelle) bookings

  • If you wish to cancel you accommodation booking with us, please contact us thru email at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it Subject: Re:Request To Cancel Accommodation Booking. Please include your reference number, email address and details of your cancellation.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO UPGRADE A ROOM OR MAKE OTHER CHANGES
  • You may make amendments to your accommodation/ hotel bookings by contacting us using this online service form. Please indicate your reference number, email address and details of your request change.

  • Note: While we will do our best to service your requests, we cannot guarantee they will be confirmed. Please be aware that there is a possibility that an extra charge may incur and be applied by the hotel itself, depending on the dates and season. We will inform you of
    such changes before finalizing your hotel booking.

 

  • AFTER BOOKING

  • WHERE IS THE HOTEL LOCATED
  • The complete address and the contact numbers of your hotel will be indicated in your confirmation email which will be sent to you upon finalization of your booking.

  • DO I NEED A HOTEL VOUCHER TO CHECK-IN
  • If you will be issued a hotel voucher, this will be required upon check-in at the hotel. Otherwise, you can simple show a copy of your finalized booking confirmation email as proof of your reservation. You will be notified by us what you will need to present upon check-in after finalization of booking. In cases where we find that a hotel voucher is impossible to supply due to your current location, we will make necessary arrangements with the hotel prior to your check-in.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO SHOW AS PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION
  • Hotel policy vary, some hotels may ask for ID or you passport upon check-in. It is safe to bring any form of strong identification when you travel. You may also show your hotel voucher, if you will be issued with one, otherwise simply present at the hotel front desk a copy of your finalized email confirmation as proof of your reservation.
